LOCAL CUSTOMERS (near Ozark, MO)

We offer free shipping option at checkout for customers within a 20 mile radius of Ozark, MO.  We will arrange pick up/delivery - just bring your order confirmation with you.

PLEASE NOTE

The post office (USPS) is experiencing delays in Priority Mail delivery times, which includes delays in scanning packages that have been dropped off for shipment.  Rest assured, if you get a shipping notification, your package is at the post office.

Processing

We process orders within 48-72 hours of receiving your order.  Our goal is to get it to you quickly.  You will receive a shipment email with a USPS Priority Mail tracking number when your order is ready to ship.

Shipping Charges

Shipping rates for all orders are based on total weight (packaging and contents) and the charges set by the USPS.  We pass our discounted rates on to our customers.

Packaging

To help keep our products affordable for every day use, our packaging is simple but nice. We create our own labels and each product is nicely labeled with our company name, name of the product, fragrance, and specific ingredients. All products are shipped in sturdy kraft boxes that include shredded kraft krinkle paper; items are nicely and securely arranged making for a pleasing presentation upon opening.

Missing Packages

Please take special note that we are not responsible for a package that has been shown delivered by the USPS but is missing to you.  Porch/Mail theft is becoming more and more prevalent and it is not the responsibility of H2 Soaps, LLC or the USPS to replace or reimburse for missing packages.  If you believe your package is legitimately missing via the USPS, please contact local post office, as they are best equipped to locate your package.

The provided tracking information and delivery verification by the USPS is not to just remove ourselves from liability but is the result of the fact that we have no recourse to resolve the situation financially.  Production at our level is very costly and the time and effort we put into the business is very valuable.  We will do anything in our power to help resolve any and all situations.
