One Day at a Time scent has notes of: Citron, Hyacinth, Jasmine, Iris, Teakwood, Patchouli, Amber, and White Musk.
Using a solid lotion bar is easy; just take the bar into hands and warm it with body heat, this will melt a small portion of the bar. Rub thin layer over skin as often as needed.
